A Farm That Thinks Beyond the Harvest
A visit to a coffee and cacao nursery in Iloilo and Guimaras reminded me that great agriculture begins long before the first harvest. From carefully selected mother trees and cloned planting materials to circular farming with dairy cows and goats, every part of the farm was designed with the future in mind. It was a powerful reminder that a beautiful coffee future is not built overnight. It is planted, nurtured, and grown one decision at a time.
